The Dubai Technology Entrepreneurship Centre (DTEC) is a purpose-built start-up business centre to accommodate and support young technology companies. DTEC offers greatly discounted and flexible technopreneur office space and highly subsidized technopreneur business licenses, as well as multiple visas per company.

With its 3,600 sqm space, it is one of the largest technopreneuship centres in the region, comprising of more than 350 desk workstations and offices. Facilities include 24-hour secure access and storage, high-speed Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, printer stations and state of the art office support.

DTEC is located within Dubai Silicon Oasis at the intersection of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Ain Road (E66), just minutes away from Dubai airport, DIFC and Downtown.

Silicon Oasis TechForum is a community networking platform established by Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) and support by Silicon Oasis Founders (SOF) – a technology incubation centre wholly owned by DSOA. The Forum hosts technology professionals, experts, academics and students to help capacity-building, technology entrepreneurship and innovation in Dubai. The TechForum is planned to host industry specialists within a monthly community gatherings to offer easy to understand presentations on topical industry subjects to educate and stimulate discussion.

DTEC stands for Dubai Technology Entrepreneur Centre. An initiative by Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, DTEC is an entrepreneur centre and co-working space for technology entrepreneurs looking to start their business and register their company or expand their start-up while immersing themselves in an environment built specifically for entrepreneurs. Individual entrepreneurs can join DTEC and register for an annual pass that offers them access to the co-working space.
Tech Entrepreneurs looking to start their business, expand their start-up or just need to work in a hip space where like-minded ‘techies’ exist.
Flexidesks, workstations and small offices are available in DTEC for your technologystart-up to get work done. DTEC also features a gaming room, huddle rooms, showers, lounge chairs, a lunch counter, meeting rooms, and much more.
DTEC is open to all nationalities.
For all enquiries, fill out the general form and a DTEC account manager will get back to you as soon as possible. DTEC account managers have the required expertise to tailor a cost effective package for your technology start-up.
Technology start-ups are allowed to reside in DTEC for up to 3 years from the date of joining.
DTEC is located in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Therefore all companies located inside DTEC receive the full free zone benefits, including 100% foreign ownership, one-stop-shop company registration and simplified visa procedures
DTEC offers technology entrepreneurs access to the co-working space with annual passes only.
For acceptance into DTEC, a business plan or outline is a requirement.
A technology entrepreneur can receive an annual pass to access the co-working space and does not need to establish a company; however they are subject to the normal acceptance criteria.
DTEC does not take any ownership or shares from your technology start-up and does not offer mentoring.
